SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3-7 business days to process your order. An email notification will be sent to your given email address the instant your order is ready to be shipped to you. A tracking identification number will be included in the shipping confirmation email.

We provide free shipping if your purchase is over $99.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country and/ or address. Visualmanifesto.store is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes/tariffs imposed during or after shipping. These are the customer's responsibility and can include tariffs, taxes and other costs. Should any of these charges apply, they are your responsibility as the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside Canada. We will be expanding into the United States soon.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND REFUSED DELIVERY

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the Canadian Postal Services. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address via customer email. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Visualmanifesto.store will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions resulting in delayed or refused delivery is not the responsibility of visualmanifesto.store.

DAMAGES

Visualmanifesto.store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at visualmanifesto@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the item’s condition and a brief description of why you're initiating a return with us. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Policy is subject to change at the store owner's discretion.

MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENT

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email to visualmanifesto@gmail.com

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. Depending on the results of the investigation we may replace or refund your order. Allow up to 31 days for the investigation.
